Electronic Arts

For this years E3 gaming convention, I designed and coded a micro-site for EA which acted as a hub for all the latest E3 information from EA. Working across the company, we maintained a video section which not only included videos from all of the game teams, but also videos made just for EA.com. In addition, the site hosted 11 live game developer chats (one for each EA game at E3), and a live stream of our E3 Press Conference.

While working at Sony, I was asked to create some exploratory redesign mock-ups for the business-to-business (B2B) website SonyPicturesTelevision.com. The goal was to give the site a much needed facelift while not necessarily adding much more functionality than what was already on the site. We wanted to do as much as possible, and as efficiently as possible.
GoVee

Itching to design something for myself and not for a client, I realized there is a serious lack of good websites for vegetarians to get recipes from. One month later, I created GoVee, a site where I post user submitted recipes, interesting recipes from other sites, and restaurant reviews. I had lots of fun creating GoVee’s logo and WordPress powered website.
Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival
URL: Front of Flyer / Back of Flyer
I’ve said before when one feels strongly about something, one should do what they can (and use one’s talents) to support it and move it forward. After attending the Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival (GPSFF) for 2008 and seeing what they were trying to do, I volunteered to help them with their designs for their next festival.
The Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival unites the Philadelphia student film community in a forum to celebrate the films they have written, produced, or directed. GPSFF facilitates the growth of student film by promoting their work to the general public and providing tools via GPSFF Connect for filmmakers to find crew and actors.
Campus Philly Spring Posters
URL: Get Cultured Poster / Get Involved Poster / Go Cheer Poster
Posters were sent to several colleges in the Philadelphia region to promote various events in the categories of culture, sports, and community. They were meant to be posted in the same general location, so it was important to have them feel like they were related to one another without them looking exactly the same. After trying different methods, I decided to alter the orientation of the text but still maintain Campus Philly’s colors–red and black.
The goal was to attract a student who may be walking with a bunch of friends to class with a design uncommon to most posters on campuses and have them be able to easily see an event they may like and a web address to get more information (campusphilly.org).
Campus Philly Community Logo
URL: View Full Image
This is a logo created for a sub-division of the non-profit organization, Campus Philly. The division’s focus is getting people together to help out the community, so my goal was to get that across in the logo. Notice the two people walking together, strategically connecting “u” and “n,” bringing attention to the fact that there is “unity” in “community.”
